You Gotta Have It
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV
6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Notice two words in this verse
1. FAITH - a belief in or confident attitude toward God, involving commitment to His will for one’s life.
2. BELIEVE, BELIEVER — to place one’s trust in God’s truth; one who takes God at His word and trusts in Him for salvation.
Child of God
• Your faith is active when it involves total surrender of your will and complete childlike acceptance of God’s Son Jesus Christ who died for the sins of humanity.
• God is pleased with the person who accepts His Son Jesus, (salvation comes through Jesus).
• God is pleased with the person who surrenders their will and moves by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
• There is a reward for total surrender to the will of God for your life.
• The reward is eternal Life (the gift of God through His Son Jesus).
• There is no other way to please God except thought faith in the Blood of Jesus on the Cross.
Meditate on the peace of God, peace in God, and peace with God, that comes with pleasing Him.
Meditate of the reward of eternal life in the presence of the Lord Jesus for the believer who has accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Thank God that you have it, (faith in Him).
