Take A Good Look At God
Ephesians. 3:17,18 NKJV
17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—
This is a prayer that Paul prayed for the Ephesian church. He wanted them to experience all that God had for them. He wanted them to experience the deep abiding love God has for His Church
Notice:
1. Jesus wants to make His home in your heart.
2. Jesus wants you to trust Him, (have strong faith).
3. God’s deeply rooted love will keep you strong in times of adversity.
4. God will give you the power to comprehend the height, depth, width, and length of His Love.
5. God wants you to know that there are no limits to His love for you.
Child of God:
Today my prayer for you is that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you learn to trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love. I pray that you will have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love really is for you.
Today, make a conscious decision to remove all barriers and open up your heart and freely allow the Lord to show you how very much He loves you.
Meditate on how deep God’s love is for you!!
Thank God that you can take a good look at Him.
